Defects causing rejects are automatically sorted into a reject pile on the transport. Precise and accurate print flaw detection is provided for any given camera resolution.

The system rejects impressions by classifying the flaw according to severity, size, and type based on the specific customer identified quality control standards. Rejected impressions can be identified through marking or tabbing systems. All inspection results are stored in reports for post processing. Reports are generated and archived up to 30 days and are stored in a simple format for easy export into existing company spreadsheets and database programs.
